Goodfellas Landscape Professionals

I picked Goodfellas because of their ads. Treat you like family, No hassles, No headaches, No communication problems. They came out & did some pruning. It looked much better, but they left a lot of debris, which I overlooked. They said the price per month would go up because the lawn was bigger than they expected. Not much, so no problem. They underestimated the amt of mulch needed by 10 yards! That was a huge problem as the cost was much greater than we were told it would be. We paid for what they had done and said we'd have to wait for the following month to mulch the back. No one showed up for cutting the grass the following week. When I called to ask why no one showed up, he asked for what? I replied to cut the grass. He said he didn't know they were supposed to cut the grass. I said we have to work on our communication skills, since we certainly did think they were coming. He told me they would be here the next day. However they didn't show up. I left a message around 5PM, but received no call back.So they certainly have false advertising if they are supposed to treat us like family, and there are no hassles, no headaches or no communication problems. They seemed so nice in the begining, but they sure did make me mad.
