We woke up one morning and it was very cold in our new home.  A check of the thermostat revealed it was 60 degrees in the house; the furnace was not running and the thermostat was set on 69 degrees.  We called two other heater and A/C businesses and never got a call back.  When we called Freedom, they said they had a technician in the area and would have him come by when he completed the job he was on.  Within the hour he was here.

He checked everything downstairs and went up into the attic.  He came down and told us the furnace was not completely installed and there was a defect that was probably from the manufacturer.  He estimated it would cost about $300 to fix it.  He said we could call the builder and get them to fix it for free.  We told him to go ahead and fix it.  It cost $308.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.  The company called the next day to see if everything was ok and asked if the technician was polite and professional.

They are always prompt. Excellent service. They always wear footies over their shoes. They are very professional.

It went great, we were extremely happy with the responsiveness and service.

Woke up to warm house.AC stopped working.Called provider and from there everything went excellent in all aspests and job completed by that afternoon.Everything was professional.The labor charge I thought was somewhat high in my opinion.However, I am more than happy to pay a little more than I was hoping for for this level of professionalism and HONESTY! Freedom AIR will now be my permanent AC people.

Our AC unit stopped working and we needed to have it serviced.  It was previously serviced by Service Experts, in April, and we already needed something else done so I decided not to call them again.  They charged us a lot of money and I did not feel that it was warranted.  So I went on Angie's List to find another AC repair service.  I looked at a few and saw one review for Freedom Heating and Cooling and someone that mentioned in another review for another company that Freedom gave them a free second opinion.  So I went on Freedom Air's website and sent them an email request.  They got back to me in an hour, on Memorial Day, and said that they would get someone out to me the same day.  They called me back a a few hours later and said that all of their workers were busy and it would be later in the evening before they would be able to come to the house.  I explained that it was okay and we would wait.  The worker came to the house around 7:30 and fixed the problem right away.   He also gave us a discount on the service call when we signed up to have our AC unit looked at twice a year.  The membership for that was very inexpensive.  The worker also let us know that the AC unit in our attic was for a home of approximately 1200 sq. ft. and our home is almost 2000 sq. ft.  Overall I was impressed with they customer service and will recommend them to anyone who needs heating or AC repairs.
