 + -1 moreDimond Realty purchased a business from Pat Hancock Realty. I dealt with Pat Hancock Realty for 4 years without incident on this property. When Diamond took over the management of my property, things started not getting done and the request made were not followed up on. I was not allowed to enter the premises on two different occasions even when notice was given pursuant to the lease I had with the tenant. I believe this was due to the failure on the part of Diamond Realty to perform the function of managing the property in the interest of the person employing them. They were instructed not to return the deposit to the tenant in writing and did so without my approval even though I was the Leasor.
Description of Work: Realtor responsible for Rental Property in Sun City Hilton Head, South Carolina Service was very unacceptable. Instructions not to return tenant's deposit was ignored and the deposit returned while there was much damage exceeding the amount of the deposit on the property. Instructions given to them over the last year were not followed and no follow up was given. The realtor, Connie, was more a representative for the tenant than for the the Leasor, who was paying their fee monthly. The owner of the company was rude and very unprofessional in dealing with the problems. I incurred over $5,000 in expenses because they did not follow up and have the work done that was requested prior to the tenant vacating the property and then they refunded her deposit while having been given instructions verbally and in writing not to do so. Very unprofessional group that I would not recommend anyone use in the future.
