Dimond Realty purchased a business from Pat Hancock Realty. I dealt with Pat Hancock Realty for 4 years without incident on this property. When Diamond took over the management of my property, things started not getting done and the request made were not followed up on. I was not allowed to enter the premises on two different occasions even when notice was given pursuant to the lease I had with the tenant. I believe this was due to the failure on the part of Diamond Realty to perform the function of managing the property in the interest of the person employing them. They were instructed not to return the deposit to the tenant in writing and did so without my approval even though I was the Leasor.
