He was great setting up the hardware and the Windows 8 interface on the new computer. However, he was unable to accurately transfer emails. He also had difficulty setting up the interface between the old and new computer. I have a very large capacity external hard drive that simply plugs into any computer. It could have easily been used to transfer data, but he never thought to use it.

Brian did an outstanding job resolving our computer and printer issues so that they would run more efficiently. He also installed a signal extender in our house and connected our family room TV to the network to enable us to stream movies. We were pleased with the fact that Brian spent a great deal of time answering all the computer questions that we had. His knowledge was impressive, and he was very thorough in explaining the reasons behind the things that he did to fix our problems. We would not hesitate to use his services again if ever needed.

The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At first, he couldn't get the data off the Macbook from the hard-drive, so he took the laptop with him to try and extract the data from the hard-drive (for no additional charge). He was able to retrieve the data with no problem and promptly returned everything to me the next day along with disks of all recovered information (photos, iTunes library, documents...). I would definitely recommend this guy for any computer issue!
