"take the money and run" is his motto! If you do any type of business with this person you will live to regret it. Go somewhere else.

He came out on a Saturday instead of coming out on Monday but he did charge me extra. After he installed the unit he told me he would bring me filters. However many weeks later he has still not brought me the filters. I have tired to contact many times to get the filters as well for him to sign a form. I got a call back from him one time while he was in the hospital because he was dehydrated. I just want to get in contact with him to get the filters and to get this rebate form filled out. He also lied about the warranty. He told me distributor was the one to do that. However, the distributor said it should have been him.
