I had 14 house guests for Thanksgiving. The septic system failed causing drains to back up. Collins arrived with in an hour, diagnosed the problem and made a temporary repair to allow the drains to drain. They needed to return the next day with a submersible pump which they installed. There is no one on Hilton Head that knows septic systems better than Collins.
