Be Assured Home Inspections

Dave came out to look at it and did a very thorough inspection. Then he sent me a 20 page report of his findings. He tested the door, floor and walls! He was so thorough, it was money well-spent! I've never worked with anyone who was so professional, intelligent, and most of all so kind and helpful! I can't say enough good things about Dave!

He responded right away with ideas and solutions to the problem. I would definitely call him again!

I called Dave because no one can find the cause of the leakage. He told me he was extremely busy right now and couldn't come out, but to send him pictures of the door, floor and walls. I did so and within a day he wrote back with several suggestions, none of which I had heard from the guy I have working on the issue! I'm so impressed and will call him again with anymore problems I encounter!

While we pride ourselves as being people who notice things, Dave pointed out things to us that we should address with our builder that we would never have seen.
