Very knowledgeable and fair; would recommend!

With our next-door neighbor’s roofing project well into its second week, the fact that BB Roofing completed our roofing project in two days reinforces our decision to employ them. The following is the quality provided by BB Roofing giving them our highest recommendation as the go-to roofing contractor: Bill Ball allowed us to delay the project as our 2-year old granddaughter would be visiting the scheduled week of the project and needed naps; Bill delayed the project one more week so that he was available to insure the project was done correctly; Bill estimated a three-day project, which was done in two days; the quality of materials used were rated the highest (Certainteed singles with ice and water shield underlayment in ridges, which were the source of our various leaks); and the grounds were cleaned well during and after completion (less than 10 pieces of debris found by us after they left). The only negative was that their vehicles leaked oil on our driveway, which Bill offered to clean-up. However, I have a process that works on oil spots, so declined his offer. If oil leaks are a concern, ask them to park in the street. The cost of the project matched the average pricing I found on the Internet, which I used to perform a reasonableness check of his quote. The final cost was the quoted price.

Have two story house with upper and lower roof area. Old roof was removed in about two hours. New roof started before noon. Almost had job completed in one day. Job was finished in less than two hours the next day with clean up. Very happy with work done.

The estimate was very complete and I was provided with a booklet that listed the roofing choices. All permits and fees that were necessary were provided by the owner of the company, Bill Ball. BB Roofing arrived the date and time that had been scheduled. Dumpster arrived. Yard area was kept as neat as possible and when they finished the next afternoon, the dumpster had been removed and my yard was in perfect condition. No one would have known that my roof had been completly replaced. The workers were very courteous and polite. I have already recommended this company and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

We had the entire roof replaced. Very professionally handled from inspection through completion. The crew was fantastic and left our property in a clean and workman-like manner. Bill answered all of our questions and handled all the details regarding this install. We were very pleased. We have recommended him to neighbors and they were pleased with as well. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Emailed the owner a note and my contact information. After not receiving a reply for a couple of days I called him. He apologized for not contacting me sooner as he was very busy - which happens. After arriving home from work that evening someone came over to check everything out. He spent quite a bit of time in the attic and on the roof. He explained to me what he found. He actually took pictures of everything so he could explain it to me fully. He said his boss would contact me with a quote. He did at 8 am the next morning. I agreed to the cost and the gentleman was busy repairing my roof when I arrived home from work that same day. Haven't seen any sign of the leak yet, although there hasn't been any real torrential rainfall yet which is when I would hear the water drip. All in all I was very pleased with the service and the cost. They were very professional, dependable and extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company.

I sent the manager a few electronic pictures that I had of our damage, and within a half hour, he quoted a price of $400 and said he'd have someone out the next working day. The roofer showed up a little after 9 am on the day promised, and after a quick assessment, he went to get the repair materials and a carpenter. They finished by 11 that morning, and I just got a bill in the e-mail for $400 minus the 5% discount for using Angies' list (a surprise bonus that I suggest that you recommend tootheres).

Requested 3 quotes. Bill B. kept his appointment and was on time he explained in detail the products available to us. He was patient and knowledgeable. This was our first roof replacement. We chose a color that was discontinued and he went out of his way to find enough of the shingles for us. The crew was fast and cleaned up everything. We have alot of fruit trees around our house and they never damaged any of our landscaping. We are so happy with the color and look of our roof. Bill is hands on with the skylights and manages the project. We will highly recommend him for our Clubhouse roof which will be needed soon!

Individual was referred by a home inspector. We contacted him via phone and agreed on a convenient time for estimate, He was punctual and set up a work date. Again punctual and completed work expeditiously.

I was very impressed with BBB Roofing, from beginning to end they were thoroughly professional.
We discovered a leak in the roof of a house we had bought. The owner, Bill Ball, came out within a day, thoroughly inspected the roof, took photos of problem areas, and discussed our options immediately with us. Within a week (it was not urgent), the crew came out and fixed the defects. There's been no problem since.
Bill called a week or so after the job had been completed to make certain that everything was functioning properly.
The cost was a bit over the initial estimate, but that was because some hidden damage appeared after the job started. I thought the final price was quite fair. Also got 5% off with Angie's coupon.

I was impressed that Bill noticed that the original cap was made too small so he measured it to have one custom made to fit properly. Did not respond to first call for estimate but said he didn't get message. Impressive service.
