Treated as an enemy, not as a customer. Low cost subs used with some of the worst quality ever experienced. Constant rework. Months behind schedule. Change orders bordered on gouging. Complete lack of communication and responsiveness. Painfully undercapitalized. A never ending nightmare.. Critical problems surfacing a month later. Insignificant office staff and support. Only saving grace was the project manager.
