the girl that answers their phone, Christine, is fine as long as you're willing to listen to her scheduling woes... which I was the first couple calls, but this is almost July now and we were on the schedule for May... we prepaid, so ... I guess once they get the money, they forget the jobs only half done. ,.. I lost my temper on the 4th call. After we get the service we paid for, we will be going elsewhere for A/C work and service... too difficult to deal with people that are angry and obtuse all the time. IMHO. I wonder if the owner knows whats going on??? ex air force and seemed like a good guy???

Air Force one has been a pleasure to deal with , ( even if Joe is a Raider fan, :) ), from start to finish, owner to employees. They explain the way things work and don't work and why a thing needs to be fixed, or changed in language I could understand. This in and of it's self was above and beyond as I am clueless about hvac. However, I can say I understand the min. now, and am happy to report all work done, clearing lines, checking the systems,clearing drains, changing drainage, filters and thermostats ( the one here was unusable), they showed me and talked about each changed why it was, or in a couple cases, not needed, cost and what I could expect from the change.
My contractor recommended Air Force One HVAC to us and we are very pleased. In fact, we'll see them again in the spring as we have signed up for fall and spring equip maintenance and checks.
They aalso talked us out of a new unit at this time, ( thank God), as with proper maintenance we should be ok with this one for several more years! Now that's an honest guy as we were ready to install a new one.
