Always easy to schedule, comes as promised and completes work promptly and professionally. Have used Bob for over 20 years - wouldn't consider anyone else!

Tile in kitchen was overdue for cleaning, especially light-colored grout. Bob realized he'd need different cleaning solution and came back the next day until the job was done. It looks great and is sealed well. He's a busy guy - sometimes, you might have to call more than once to get an appointment, but he's worth it!
