Alex and his people in this company make great promises, but don't carry through. They didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. In doing the work, they damaged my mahogany front entryway by using excessive pressure and a bleach solution that stripped the paint and varnish off the entire entryway, and caused the door to swell so that it wouldn't close.

They denied all responsibility for the damage they caused, and refused to reimburse me for the costs of repair.

I would advise any- and everyone to consider, and re-consider, before hiring this company, or any of its sister companies, for any work whatsoever.

I spoke with Doug on Thursday and made an appointment for the following Monday. When no one showed up I called the office and spoke with Alex. He said they had the appointment on their calendar for the following Monday. I explained I couldn't have made that date, since I'd be out of town. Alex gave me an appointment for 3:30 Wednesday afternoon (when I was scheduled to at home). At 4:30 I called, got voicemail and left a message. Thursday at about 10:00, Alex called back saying he had the appointment for today. I explained I wouldn't be home. Alex said I didn't need to be there for them to clean the gutters. I told him I just didn't want to have them do the work. (I didn't feel I could rely on them). Alex laughed and hung up the phone. Not very professional.

. It took several days for them to first answer my call.  They failed to show up and were slow to call.  After two cancels with too many excuses, I decided to go with another company.
