OWENS SEPTIC TANK & TRUCKING

Will try to keep this brief giving just known details, called, Mr. Oscar Owens, for septic service. A younger Mr. Owens came out, I believe his name was Bobby Owens, (not positive of asked what we had already tried. We had the sewage tank emptied, twice within last year by another contractor and he told us we needed to call for professional service. Mr. Owens said we needed a new leach bed/field, not just for our household waste waters but also for the rain and drain waters.  He came out next day, with 3 guys and they used a small dozer and dump truck to dig and haul away dirt, and then added what appeared to be rock and rubbery material. Our yard was wet and the trucks coming and going left deep tracks, that we later had to repair. Worst was within a few days, sewer system backing up again. Called and called, within a few months we were told he was no longer available and would be years, if then, before he would be returning. Very disappointing, and excuse the pun, but money flushed ! It's hard to rate above an F when the service was not done correctly.
