Weedwackers Lawn Care

BUYER BEWARE! 0/10 Post-installation follow up & customer service. We had sod installed by Weedwhackers Lawn Care this year in the early spring. I mentioned that the sod seemed too far apart and it wasn't level in the back yard. I was assured that it would level out and that the sod would "fill in" as it took root. It didn't. Not only are there still gaps between the pieces of sod, there are spotty patches that never took, and the part of the yard where they "prepped" before the sod was installed, is very uneven. IChandler came back out over 6 weeks ago at my request. He agreed it needed to be re-leveled and said he'd get me on the scheduled. I've never heard another word from anybody from this company since then. I have made 7-8 phone calls & the receptionist assures me every time that Rob (I think that's the owner) will get right back to me. He never has. 100% DON'T RECOMMEND!

It went well. Zy and Al were terrific. They came early and explained the process and my hedges look good. Thanks for all your hard work!!!

The guys that come out to my house are always courteous. My yard looks great every week when they leave. I also love that they use Facebook to let me know if they are out due to weather or special circumstances, so I feel like they are doing what they can to let me know when they won't be here on my regular day.

THEY ARE GREAT.

Their price went up in the fall because I have some trees and a lot of the leaves were falling. They were supposed to lower the cost down the next time which would be next week but I am thinking of getting someone else. The problem is they keep getting new people. When they come, they tend to do damage. They messed up the outside faucet and have hit the outside of the building. They have caught some of the plants up weed eating. I think they try to hurry through it to get to their other job. I usually have to go out to make sure they are doing everything. They never pick up all of the sticks like I ask. They started out pretty good but I would prefer somebody that I don't have to keep telling what to do and then not do it. You never know when they are coming. I know what week it will be but never the day. I kind of would like to get on a schedule.
