I went and looked at the different types and sizes of rooms they had and chose the one I wanted. They came out and installed our shelter on the day I chose. The were there and gone in no time giving me all my information and walking me thru the process. They also helped us make an emergency plan specific to our home and needs. They called us the next week and asked how things were and if there were any problems and concerns. They are very punctual and professional. Take great pride in what they do.
