My septic tank backed up into our tubs/showers. Got name for Floyd Septic on Angies List due to past recommendations and proximity to my location. Called his office number and they told me harold would call me back. He called in about 10 minutes and I explained my situation. He told me he was finishing another job and could get to me in 1 - 2 hours. They arrived in a little over an hour and quickly found my septic tank cover. Whole job took about 1 hour. Harold and his son were very professional, friendly and had all necessary equipment to complete job.



This company is very easy to do business with and are priced the same as others. Would highly recommend their service and I will use them again to do the standard maintenance on my system.

Tracy located the septic tank, dug up the septic tank, removed the cover from the septic tank, determined that the problem was not with the septic tank...determined where the problem was and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and we definitely recommend this company to anyone needing septic tank service.

Arrived when they scheduled, had good equipment, good people who knew what to do and how to do it. Price seemed high compared to past tank pumpings in a different state.

Mr. Floyd arrived promptly and completed the work quickly

They arrived on time and quickly located the septic tank. A and quot;miniatureand quot; tracked power shovel dug out the access hatch doing as little damage to the surrounding area possible. The tank was pumped clear, covered over and the surrounding area raked. All work was completed in about 11/4 hours.

Contacted easily. Message left and call returned promptly. Appointment established, but delayed due to weather conditions at my request. Tracy Harper and son showed up promptly at designated time. Equipment appeared to be late model and clean. Care was exercised in locating the opening and excavating the hole. Work was performed expeditiously and thoroughly. Little evidence of their visit when done. Very satisfied. Fee was less than estimated over the phone.

Floyd was very good, along with him and his worker they found my septic tank in less than an hour; which, was hard because the home is very old. They where very polite and did not waste any time to do what they were there for. I would definately recommend them again, when I am in need in the future.

It was hard to locate the septic tank, but they got that done in a timely manner. They were very nice and professional, I had no problems at all except locating the septic, not their problem!

Sewage had backed up into our shower and tub. I called Mr. Floyd who had just arrived home from camping and I could tell he was very tired. However, he and his son came right away and took care of the problem as well as pumping out the septic tank which was full and something not everyone considers often. He was very helpful about a couple of other problems we may have in the future. However, there was no pressure, and I will definitely call him again. I had a problem with our well in May 2011 and I called Mr. Floyd. They do not work on wells, but referred me to an excellent plumber who I will submit a review for him under plumbing.
