Baxter's Essential Lawn Care

I have monthly services with Baxter's Essential Lawn Care, the owner Rick came out went over my entire yard with me, we discussed what I liked about the yard things I wanted to change and everything in between. He was very nice and professional and was very knowledgeable about his trade. After we went over the yard he came up with a plan. We are getting a complete package (Mowing, leaf cleanup, fertilizer, aeration, bush trimming) and it has been great. My yard has never looked better. It has been a JOY to work with Rick. I had some bad experiences with other companies even some with good reviews on here, well I thought all lawn care people were this way. Not so he works hard is always polite and professional. I felt completely comfortable with his service. From day one I knew what we were getting what was included what was not and how much it would cost. Once we had come up with a plan I was present with a contract for services where everything was outlined and easy to understand. We have been very happy and continue to be. This is a owner who really cares. My wife had some concerns about the chemicals used. Instead of dismissing her concerns with some cheap line or something Rick took the question head on. He explained that all chemicals have risks, however the outlook he has is to work with the yard not against it. I couldn't believe the care and thought that went into my yard. He explained about mowing height and watering properly, and timing chemicals at the proper time and also his approach of keeping weeds from coming up instead of killing them after they have grown. This is someone who I trust completely with my yard. I have seen him working and he is very safety conscious. This is the person that will ALWAYS be taking care of my lawn!!!!!!!!!!!!
