Update 7/11/2014. All subcontractors were great except for painting interior. Already existing room had to have temporary support wall put in. When this was taken down and touch up painting was done they used a different paint that left obvious areas on the ceiling resulting in me now having to repaint this entire ceiling. Also at the end the math did not add up. I am out 3000.00 that I should have gotten back. We had finally agreed to a sum of 1000.00 that would be returned to me but I have yet to get that. There is an issue of the wood on the custom built in shrinking and creating some gaps on the surface of the counter top. I will get to repairing that after I paint the ceiling. I lowered my rating on responsiveness, punctuality and professional since I have had so much difficulty tying up these loose ends.
