1.kept my car an extra day - cost me an extra day missed work.
2. repair not done - trunk still not opening with the handle frozen-quick fix with no grease of the cable to open the trunk- you can see the rust on the hook with no grease on it and no obvious maintenance, loosy technician cutting corner - they charged me a total bill of over $1500 ( I had other service done ?or maybe done) Oh yea! they charged me $56 for a $1 bulb for the brake- ( $50 labor). Unreal!!
The guy Dev Scott is a snake and will try to fat your bill saying that the technician said that you have an oil leak and it needs to be fixed. and more and more until they get what they need to be.
Wayne the manager is not better, not professional with NO customer service - they work for Stokes Brown NOT FOR YOU. I am sure that none of the engine problems were fixed and done and even my oil was changed. It's as much to say that I don't trust their work.
bring your car at your own risk-beware of the fat bill- they are good at it-
Certainly not returning to that dealer. I usually go to Hill Tire in Walterboro for my service and brakes which Hill does a wonderful job and HONEST job but I though for the broken trunk, I should go to Toyota dealer WHAT A MISTAKE $1500 later.
this is an honest review which the customer was misled and tricked-letting him to think that the car really needed this service for the car to run due to oil leak.
