+ -1 moreNo problems whatsoever from the first phone call to the end of the job. Sebastian cheerfully obtained a city license to perform this job (he had a County license, but I'm inside city limits). He is from Honduras; having lived in the U.S. many years, his English is excellent, but heavily accented. It was easier for me to communicate face-to-face than on the telephone.
Description of Work: I am forever grateful to the neighbor who told me about Sebastian. He (and two men -- one has worked for him 7 years, the other 3 years) prepped and painted walls and ceiling of my master bedroom and bath with high ceilings. I couldn't be home the first day of the job, so my mother 'house-sat'; she couldn't believe how quiet they were and how carefully they moved things around and in/out of the house. They completed the job quickly but with careful attention to detail. The end result is lovely; I am very pleased and will call on Sebastian for all my painting (interior and exterior) needs.
