Was Quoted $30 an hour for labor. However, I was charged $60 dollars per hour ($30/hour for Gary and another $30/hour for his worker). Make sure you understand this before accepting his and quot;hourlyand quot; labor agreement.
Will not use again or recommend.
Gary St. John (the owner is a very nice and knowledgeable man) came for a consultation and quoted a price of $30 dollars an hour for labor. Returned two days later with his worker at 10 am to do the job. I left at 11 to collect a child from school and returned 40 min. later and Gary St. John was gone leaving the other worker alone. Gary returned at noon, with some supplies, then left again. Gary returned at the end of the day to put down the and quot;weed and feedand quot; fertilizer and clean up. Gary gave me the invoice while they cleaned up. I expressed my concerns and his absence and being charged for his labor and he said he was driving around getting supplies for the job (states he went to Bluffton to get and quot;industrialand quot; sprinkler heads and then to Lowe's for the fertilizer).
He demanded to be paid that evening even though job was not finished.
I had to remove, relocate and replant 1/3 of the planting work the next day.
Its been a month and Gary has not returned to finish repairs of the sprinklers.
Gary says there was a and quot;miscommunicationand quot;, I say he was and quot;misleadingand quot; in reference to the labor charge. Also, if he is going to charge you for picking up supplies then I should have paid retail for supplies and got a receipt. (There were big bags of stuff he threw down by handfuls) which did not even make a dent in the bags. Should i have gotten the rest of the leftovers? I felt cheated all around.

His name is Gary St John. I don't have to have a contract. I have recommended them. They are very good. They came when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to do. They were extremely helpful and they did anything extra that needed to be done. They went above and beyond.
