Southern Fence is an EXCELLENT company! They were prompt, professional, hard working, and fairly priced. They custom built our fence with precision and made us part of the process throughout the construction. They are quick to respond to phone calls/texts, and got the job completed quickly. We highly recommend this company!!!

Worst business ever. Fence fell over and never came to repair or even look at the damage. The company only went three inches into the ground and the cement cracked. Now out only option is small claims court. I wouldn't let him step foot back on my property and I suggest you do the same.

Trevor was very quick to come over and give us an estimate. We told him we would go forward with it and he demanded half the money down which we thought was reasonable to pay for the materials. We did that immediately. A week later he came and installed the fence. This November a small wind the storm came and knock down the fence. I contacted him right away and it took him two weeks to get back to tell me that he would come over and look at it. It is now seven months he still has not come over still refuses that it is his fault and that it was Matthew. Well we checked our fence after Matthew and everything was fine, my neighborhood never even lost power here during that storm. The only option I have to do is hire a lawyer and take him to small claims court. He only went 3 inches deep to bury the posts. He told me it wasn't bad workmanship. Well we have had four other fence contractors come over and told me that the job is completely wrong and needs to get redone. I would stay away from this man and his company no matter what you do. Home Depot or Lowe's may be more expensive but you won't have the hassles of some jerk trying to steal your money. Guy is a pathetic liar and thief.

At first we were satisfied with the job, but after four months three of the cement pads broke and dislocated then from the post and fence. After calling six times and leaving eleven text message he only returned one text blaming it on Mother Nature. After six months and still having a broken fence he still hasn't come to fix it after saying his company would fix it. I just finally received another text message from him yesterday threatening me for harassment and he is going to sue us for harassment. So I would say it's a complete failure and now filing a complaint with BBB, we also we be hiring a lawyer to take him to small claims court for restitution.

Trevor was quick to respond; the estimate was very fair; and his crew started work as promised.  I could not be more pleased!  My husband is out of town quite a bit so I was the sole person dealing with Trevor and crew.  Trevor and crew always treated me in a polite and professional manner.
There was a small snag but Trevor took care of it immediately without incident.   Where the privacy fence was installed was some seriously rough terrain.  I was grateful that the crew took the time to clear the shrubs and tree debris on the fence line -- so I didn't have to do all of that by myself.  I really thought they went the extra mile to make everything right and that I was pleased. Craftsmanship was of very high quality.  The fence was installed along a roadway in my neighborhood (hence why I needed the privacy).  I get LOTS of compliments on the new fence from my neighbors that pass by.
I will need more fencing in the future and I will not hesitate to call them again.  Good job Guys!

Trevor responded very fast. He gave us suggestions to accomplish fencing our property for our 2 dogs and maintaining the river view. He was very helpful and professional. Work included removal of old wood and rotted fencing. Trevor started and finished the work as promised. It looks great! Highly recommend Trevor and his crew!

We had a fence installed across the front of our yard (privacy) to match an existing fence along the side of our property. And an aluminum fence installed down the entire side of our driveway.
We did have one snafu, hitting an extra water line that we didnt know existed. but tyler contacted several people at the water company and we eventually solved the problem. Unfortunately it was an off shoot of a line that wasn't supposed to be there, so there was no way of knowing it's location.
There was some miscommunication about a gate we had wanted and he reordered one without issue. As soon as I messaged him about the mix up, he called me. Immediatley.
We were very pleased, considering his estimate was about $1,000 less than every one else. I would recommend him to anyone needing a fence.

Trevor was very unprofessional in also dealing with my 90 year old grandmother and her fence. He tore up her sprinkler lines in the ground, over charged her again after he put the fence up wrong. (he went off her house instead of the property line) she too had to pay to get it fixed. He is very vulgar doesnt answer his phone. Screams hollers swears and is not Mature enough to have a business.i really wish i would of had this knowledge before using him and his company.
Trevor at southern Fence is very unprofessional, fence was not layed out properly its on the neighbors property, he had to add extra just POST at the ends where it didnt meet. Now he will not fix what he messed up being a foot on the neighbors property. I have Vulgar text messages from him. I am going to the magestrate in the morning with my attorney to file small claims agains him for how much it cost me to fix and repair everything he did. It was costly.
Please call me before using this company. Its not worth it and will cost you more !!! I will show you examples and text messages of the unprofessionalism.

Trevor provided a timely estimate and started the work when he said he was going to. He finished the job quickly and efficiently.  The fencing installed was well priced and installed correctly and very competently. He was fantastic and good in every way.  They got the job done over a couple of days. The cleanup was perfect and there was nothing bad. He was top notch.

They arrived at the time promised and did a great job. They cleaned up all packaging and left our yard in clean condition. The owner, Trevor, returned calls promptly, and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He was with his workers during the installation and was very precise with measurements and details. The fence looks great!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience. I needed to fence my yard in for my dogs. Trevor was able to meet at my house for an assessment within a few days of contacting him. I originally thought I wanted an all wooden fence, but I'm glad he convinced me to do a "living" fence instead. It not only was a lot less expensive, but it also looks good while keeping my yard from feeling sealed off from the surroundings.

We had to wait until the weather improved and then he did an excellent job following our directions. Work was completed in two days.

The service provided was wonderful. He responded quickly, answered my questions, he was able to fit us in really quickly and did the work well and quickly. He's great all around. We have referred them to several friends.
