Quality Seamless Gutters

Sean and I agreed to two of the downspouts directions of dispersing water. I happened to go out to see how the job was going and just caught the men leaving. As I was inspecting the run off direction of one of the downspouts I noticed that the metal was a bit over the edge of the stone and asked him if he could cut it back to not hang over the stone where I could cut myself walking by it. Since the equipment was already loaded up in the truck and they were about to leave he had to use a metal cutter which then created a jagged edge, with the young man a tad disgruntled I said ok but I really was not. When my husband got home he and I realized that the direction of the water coming down the downspouts would not work because it would create a wash out of the ground. I asked Sean to come back and cut the pipe back. He agreed to come within the next 2 days. I waited Thursday, Friday and finally on Monday I called to see when the men would be back and I got yelled at repeatedly, he was argumentative and would not let me finish speaking. I remained calm but after several attempts to calm him down it got worse so the only way to stop his ranting was to hang up on him several times. After more attempts to resolve the situation he left me a message that he would not come back therefore not guaranteeing his work. I feel that as a professional he should not yell at a customer and warrant his work. I would never recommend him and even though I have done so I will spread the word that if you make a decision as to the work to be done don't count on him to correct a decision and respect his client.

He was great. The price was reasonable. I haven't had any problems with the gutters at all. He lives up the road from me so it was easy. He was a little bit gossipy, but he's my neighbor.
