I used Pristine Renovations LLC to perform a renovation job on the family homestead on St Helena Island. It was a delight working with them. They were professional, supportive and friendly. The showed up with ideas on how we could make the project better and stay within our budget. They met their deadlines and commitments. I could make definitive plans on dates that they gave me. Pristine Renovations were helpful and accommodating with even the work that we performed ourselves. If I was going to build another house in the area, they would definitely be my builder.

After accepting Pristine’s bid it might take a while to get your project complete because they are so busy. Patience! I was out of town during most of the repairs and the communication was good. All the employees seemed professional, trustworthy, and and wanted to do quality work. If issues came up during the job, then Hal would make it right without any hesitation. I would not hesitate getting another quote from Hal on my next project.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON ALL WORK! THEY RESPONDED TO US PROMPTLY. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROFESSIONALLY. ALL OF THEIR SPECIALISTS ARRIVED ON TIME...WE WERE NEVER LEFT WITH WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND NO ONE TO DO IT. THEIR WORK WAS FIRST RATE QUALITY AND AL WAS HERE OFTEN TO CHECK THAT IT WAS GOING AS PLANNED.

This project went extremely well with all services promised furnished on time and within estimated costs. We found Hal Richardson, owner, to be very responsive in terms of customer satisfaction, recommendations and follow up to any questions we had. His foreman, Andy was also a delight to work with. All craftsmen supplied by Pristine were professional, competent and cleaned up after themselves. We did not feel we "lived mess for three weeks". We love the renovations made which gave us an entirely new and updated look to our 19 year old kitchen. Their advice was timely and we would use them again for any project around the house. We definitely felt like we got what we paid for. They are not cheap, but they definitely do QUALITY work. If you want a job done well and to complete satisfaction, we would recommend Hal Richardson, Andy, and Pristine Renovations.

I contracted with Pristine Renovations to renovate my kitchen based on Angie's List and the local cabinet company who had Pristine on their list of approved contractors.
My experience with Pristine Renovations was exceptionally good. Pristine did the entire renovation of my kitchen and I am very pleased with the outcome. The men who worked for Pristine were very professional and when they left each day, they cleaned up any mess they had made. The entire renovation went off without any major hitch, which I felt was due to good communication between the builder, his subcontractors, and the homeowner. I was always kept in the "loop" about what was to happen next. I knew when and who would be coming to my home for the next phase of work.
Did I pay a little extra for all this work. Maybe, but if I did, it was worth it. There is an old saying, "you get what you pay for". Well, I got a
wonderful new kitchen and still have my sanity from the experience!

I have worked with Hal Richardson, the owner, before. As always, he was incredibly responsive. He came over to look at the closet and within 2-3 days had emailed me a quote. I asked him to start as soon as possible, and he was able to begin work within a week. My wife works out of our house, and his guys were extremely good about making sure that they came on days that worked best with her schedule, and were always good about letting her know if they wouldn't be by. From start to finish it took about two weeks to complete. They didn't work on it every day, and since it was for a guest room that we weren't using, it wasn't a huge rush. The completed project was on budget and looked amazing. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the craftsmanship. I'd recommend Pristine Renovations to anyone in the Beaufort area.

Mr. Richardson came to look at the tub the same day he was contacted. He explained the process for repairing the damage and gave us a price quote. Unfortunately the painter did not have any insurance (expensive lesson for us to learn) so we had to pay for the repair ourselves. Mr. Richardson was kind enough to offer us the opportunity to lower the cost by doing some of the prep work, I.e. remove shower doors.
The young man that did the work (about 10 hours) was punctual, professional and polite. He went to great links to seal off work area so there would be no damage from overspray. The material used required he wear hazard gear including clothing and mask. A fan had to be used to vent the fumes to the outside. He was very knowledgable about required safety precautions that needed to be taken. It was obvious he was well trained and we were impressed with him and the good job he did.
We would recommend Mr. Richardson's company for this type work and would not hesitate to contact him for any of the other services offered.

Our project started with a quote for refinishing of our old bathtub.
Decided that we would expand the project to include replacement of the cultured marble with the real thing. There were some issues with the grout used which created a hazed finish at the grout lines. Hal and his guys found a solution and the end result is beautiful.
We are asking Hal back to look at other projects this summer. We would highly recommend Prestige Renovations for any remodeling projects.
