After receiving an estimate of $3,500 for tree removal from Southern Tree Experts, we consulted Clyde Padgett for a second opinion. He quoted us a price approximately $1,000 cheaper and was available to do the work almost immediately, versus Southern Tree, which said we would have to wait six weeks.
His crew came out, took down a fence and removed the tree (after working with the city to obtain a permit). Throughout the process, they protected a camilla tree as we requested. They then put the fence back up and cleaned the lot before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering tree trimming or removal in the area.
