On time, excellent clean up, great job with the tile. Will use again.

The drop down menu does not offer â total bathroom remodelâ , but this is what Karl and Sons did for us. They actually remodeled TWO bathrooms. I especially like that Karl allowed us to source our own fixtures, from tile to tub, toilets and faucets. He was meticulous with the tiling work in both bathrooms, floors, and showers. We have recommended him to others we know in the neighborhood. Stuck to his estimate, easy to interact with, very fairly priced. We are so pleased with the outcome.

I've worked with several contractors since moving into our current home. Karl and Sons is THE best. When I have additional work planned, I will wait until we can be fit into their schedule. No reason to look further.

Karl is really easy to work with, he does what he says he will do, very detail oriented in quotes and you know what will be done. His prices are better than anyone else I found.

I wish that home adviser had a 10 star rating because I would give Karl&Sons an 11 ! Karl communicated, showed up exactly on time, explained things, took pictures, and cleaned up each and every day. Karl showed me the shoddy work that was done, explained that he will do it correctly and after he was done it was better than expected. We had a shower area updated due to the shower pan leaking and Karl went right to work and made the shower first class. All the way down to the studs, and back up again with the correct materials, new fixtures and tile, everything done right. It will last for 20 years!! I have already hired Karl&Sons to do our next project without hesitation. If you want it done right, and want someone to show up and clean up every day along with quality work, then call Karl.

Karl's estimate for the project was thorough and easy to understand, not one of those single quotes and you have no clue what is not included until they start telling you after the job has begun. His son Auston is excited about the work he does and his enthusiasm and energy will rub off on you. He knows his stuff and isn't afraid to give you the value of his experience when asked. I have since hired them to replace my flooring with Floret LVP and am having them remodel my master bathroom. I would not have done so if the first work had been wanting.

They were very patient and answered questions. Did a fabulous job. They went above and beyond. They also took on a small project that other contractors would not.
