AWESOME. A local lawyer recommended this company. They had just built his office suite. We had a home inspection and knew
what was needed overall. We gathered estimates and found that JOCO had the best estimate. Certainly reason to switch from the
"one man operation" contractor we were using. Jami Pizzo met us at the house to go over our inspection and kept us informed as
to the overall progress. She sent in a cleaning crew prior after completion. As we drove to the house we were stunned at how
beautiful the roof looked. Jami, suggested the color. We had this same feeling as we drove up again and again. Everything was
done perfectly from the roof to the plumbing replacement to the small odds and ends we wished done...like installing a tub plug.
We are extremely pleased and will certainly call them again when needed.
