Terrible experience.

I called them for an estimate and I had it the very next day.  He delivered his estimate in person at my convenience in April 2011 and discussed it, explained it to me.  He also told me that I didn't need to do it right away.  Then he came back out and re-assessed for me and even though there had been price changes in the cost of the roofing shingles he honored his original estimate.  The professionalism of his crew was just incredible.  I have not found the first shingle or nail on my driveway or on the grounds of my house.  They put down huge tarps and collected all of the shingling in tarps and cleaned up totally.  He ran a magnet over my driveway every night to pick up any nails that might have fallen and it was really well done.  My next door neighbor is now having his roof done with the same company because he was so impressed with them.  They continued to work when it was dark so that they would not leave any of the wood uncovered even if it was just to put down the tarps.  They continued to work to make sure everything was protected overnight.  I would use this company again if needed.
