Lenny arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. He systematically went through the condo checking all systems (electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling), the interior including windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, bathrooms and appliances. The unit had a washer and dryer which he was not permitted to test, however I did while on the premises. Lenny also checked the outside perimeter conditions of the patio, porch and roof. He took notes and pictures and answered all our questions. Of special note, Lenny documented that the stove was missing an anti-tip bracket which is a safety concern. We learned that other inspectors typically do not site this concern.
Lenny spent approximately 2-2.5 hours on the inspection. Probably longer than usual because we asked a lot of questions. We received our report later that same day. I highly recommend Hawk-Eye Home Inspections and would use his services again in the future.

This man is a professional. He took his time and looked at every single item in the house and it was amazing how thorough he was. Because of his inspection a number of problems were taken care of before I closed on the home. If I ever need another home inspection I would use him and I would recommend him to anyone.

The gentleman that came out was very through. We were there for the last half of the inspection and he took his time with us and was patient. He prioritized each area of the home in his inspection and gave us a 45 page report.
