first positive experience with a computer technician. I would highly recommend Jared
without reservation and will use him again. In the last 10 years, I used many different
techs to solve my computer problems. All
experiences were disappointing in one way or another (very expensive, took a
long time to get response, etc.) so I never used any tech more than once. This morning
I needed to fix a problem I was having with my Outlook email program – I
couldn’t open it. The error message told me how to repair the problem, but I
could not access the program it told me to use. I called Jared at 9:30 and left a voicemail describing my
problem. He returned my call within an hour and set up an appointment for 12:00
today. He was familiar with my problem, and within 45 minutes I had a working
Outlook email program. He also cleaned up files that were cluttering up my
system – and the charge for his services was very reasonable. Please give him a call when you
