It went well. The repairman went above and beyond with the repair.

I called and asked if they do work in Bluffton. They said no. My wife called (she didn't know I had called) and they told her they do work in our area on Tuesday and Thursday. Strike one. Technician Kevin checked our fridge and said it was the sealed system and parts would need to be ordered and it would take 3-4 days and another appointment would be set up for installation and repair. We would receive a call in a few days. I asked if he (Kevin) would do the repair and he said a more experienced tech would handle the installation. A week passed and no phone call. Strike two. In the mean time, we are using ice chests for our food and the tech knows this. My wife calls this morning and we later receive a message, they don't do warranty work in our area. Her response was, "I would have thought the technician would have let you guys know, or someone in the office would have let you know." Strike three. Sad. $95 service call, which is fine, I understand that is the going rate. The dysfunction communicating the facts in a timely manner is our main complaint.

They were very friendly, very thorough, very willing to help, very capable and went through great lengths to make sure things were done correctly. They were terrific.

Technically there was a problem but it didn't need to be fixed. I still had to pay for them to actually come out. They were good and honest. Even though there was a problem, I didn't actually have to pay to replace it.

The water pump went out in my washer. When I called, they had someone out the next day. They had to order the pump. They got it on Friday and were out to complete the job on Monday. They were also less expensive than the company Sears and Samsung uses. I will use them again should the need arise.

the repairman Tim, was very courteous and professional. The repair time was quick. He arrived on time and fixed the machine to my satisfaction. I would recommend Denny's to friends. The repair costs were less than normal as I am a member of American Home Shield and they pick up all costs except the service fee.

This was my first experience with Denny's. I have an extended warranty though Lowe's. Denny's was assigned to preform the repair. Kevin the technician arrived promptly on schedule both visits. He demonstrated a positive customer service attitude and ability. I would not hesitate to use Denny's in the future.

As usual the on site fee was expensive, but when it was
all said and done., he accomplished what he came out to do.
Generally offered advice and information the client asked.

They were prompt. They convinced me I didn't want a new one. He was very helpful because I was considering putting in a new dish washer and he said I don't want to buy a new one and he can fix this one because this is a good one. He has ordered for a part and he is to return to fix it. We got a good service last time as well.

There was no charge because my refrigerator was under warranty. They were on time and friendly. They dealt with my schedule. They tried everything they could try. They went above and beyond to try to fix the refrigerator. I would recommend them.
