They came out right away. They came out a day or two later. They were very nice and wanted the job.

utIInitially ok.  A couple of years later problems.  Roof leak.  Would not respond to multiple messages on his machine.  Finally a real estate agent got his attention.  He looked at the home and told me that "the shingles were too close to the siding" and not his area.  I got three other opinions that totally disagreed with Mr. Dautry.  They all felt there was a probable flashing problem.  I hired Ronnie Hudson Quality Roofing Co.  He found that there were "shovel" holes in the flashing (done when the new roof was installed) and that the holes had been caulked, which does not work well.  The proper repair was to have replaced the flashing that was holed.  I emailed Dautry.  Three days later still no response.  I called him to verbally iinform him that I had sent him an email with no response.  He called back and I politely informed him of the cause of the leak and that I had paid Ronnie Hudson's Quality Roofing $2150 to repair what Dautry Roofing has caused.  Dautry stated "Ronnie Hudson was a drunk and a shyster and he (Dautry) didn't like my attitude".  A couple of rude names were exchanged and conversation ended.

Their service was excellent. I was very pleased. They did a good job with the work. They were very professional in getting me their estimate and completed the work in the time frame allotted. They kept in communication especially during certain weather conditions. I was very pleased with doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

I feel very awkward about DA Roofing Co because they have done a lot of homes in the area that I live and they are known to do a good thorough job and I actuall had them do my roof. I didn't have any unpleasant to say about them, but in this case, they were finishing up the job and the rains came, it was accidental because there was a patch that they hadn't quite finished when the rain came and they covered it up with tarps and soforth and the wind blew the tarp off and the rain came in. The rain did some damage coming in through the ceiling of the kitchen and also coming through a leak that I had the roof being done for. Since then, I have talked to them and I have tried to get Donny the owner and he kept saying that he will call me back and he didn't. I am going to sell the house and I need to get the roof fixed but other than that, I have nothing but praise for him. I just stopped trying to get in touch with them, but I know I have to do something about it. They have patched up a place for me in the past and they have also brushed some leaves off for me and they have been good.

The whole process was fantastic!......They were on time and they were very polite and courteous. They did the job in just 1 1/2 days and cleaned everything up so well you could not even tell they had been here....( except for the new roof!).....The material is of great quality and the workmanship was outstanding!
