Work was fine. People were very professional. Price was steep but I wanted a top quality system.

The previous owner of the unit used them to install the system. So when I purchased the unit, I decided to go with them to do a service contract. That is why I am using them. So far, they have been pretty good. The service contract is about $180 a year.

Simple condenser replacement. 10 minutes to test and replace. I asked to replenish freon (410) in another unit. Added 1 pound, another 10 minutes. Took 10 minutes to write bill.

I have been using them for about six years.

We were to receive a phone call to give us a time for this afternoon. We never received a call. It is 6:00pm and the serviceman is not yet here and has not called. We have called the office and voice mail says they are not open and gives an emergency number. Called that number and got voice mail. We are hot and not happy. Emergency serviceman just called who is the person who was to be here. He is going to pick up the part and will be here by 6:30.

I used them because of Angie's List ratings. They were extremely professional, courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and they were very prompt. This was the first time that I used them. They even vacuumed. Three men came and they were here for 9 hours. They did a lot of work. They did the ducts in the attic, and added vents. Our home inspector said that they were the best in the area, after the fact.

They came out and did a fine job. They were professional and ver knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

They provide customer service and have always done a good job.

I would recommend anyone to call Carolina Air. They are honest, dependable and do a great job.
They have helped me soooo much in the last 2 years keeping my older A/C unit running well!!!

The temperature was set at 77 but it still felt humid and like the air was not being cooled properly. The service man found we need a new indoor coil. He will return Friday to complete the service.

They took our old unit out and put the new one in in just one afternoon, took their time to explain our fancy new thermostats features and cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely satisfied with their work and will sure continue doing business with them!

They are punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. They know their business. I've had issues in the past and they came out immediately. I will use them until I go out of this place feet first.

This was our first visit by Carolina Air, who we asked to diagnose the condition of our HVAC. The technician was prompt, honest, and filled with good information. We noted the difference in this technician and others from other companies that have come out to service our HVAC prior to this. We feel that we can continue to have Carolina Air service our HVAC and will have them install a unit in the near future. They are about providing a service, not just selling a product and leaving it be. Thanks, Carolina Air for all that you do.

They provided excellent service! We were very pleased overall.

They come out twice a year to inspect the system and it also entitles me to a 10% discount if I have any problem service calls, which I have had none. They are a little expensive, but they are good.
