+ -1 moreThey are just terrific. The owner comes out here every year and I ask him whether I needed a new unit yet, and he says no and that it is fine. That is honesty to me because he sells them. I would highly recommend them. The owner comes out sometimes, or it is somebody else, and they are just nice. They are out here for good hours when the service the unit and I have no complaints at all with them. They are prompt. He is here in the afternoon if I was to call him in the morning for something.
Description of Work: I use Butler AC Heating & Refrigeration for my heating and air conditioning. The flow out from the air conditioner had got clogged up with dog hair and he fixed it. I use them every year even just to service and clean up my heating and air system. They clean up the lines, the outside unit and the reusable filters.
