Service provider was prompt in responding to call. Actual service took a day and a half because of his trying to find the appropriate hose bibs.. Work was completed to my satisfaction. I thought his price was a bit high. I asked to return the two good hose bibs, which he said he would. Never saw the guy again.

He came right on time. He was very polite. He knew exactly what the problem was, and he fixed it really quickly. The technician's name was Keith; he was outstanding.
