+ -1 moreAll-in-all the experience was very prolonged, but it had nothing to do with Ballenger's behalf. The bank was the problem in the overall process. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to any of my coworkers and friends.
Description of Work: The agent who represented the company and myself for buying my first house helped out a lot. From start to finish they were always available and responsive to any questions and concerns we had. We were shown houses, offered advice, and did all of the necessary paperwork and negotiations.
