All went well.  Showed up at 10:30 without an appointment.  Was out at 4 p.m.  Work seems to be perfect.  No followup problems.

I have a Ford Escape that is inverted. To do a basic tune-up you have dismantle the left side of the engine to get to the sparkplug. They gave me an excellent price, the work was done very quickly and the price was less than estimated. I drove the car immediately and it drove very well. And I'm getting about 4 miles a gallon better than I was.

I had to have my car towed here in the middle of the night, so I simply chose them out of the blue since they had 24 hour towing. The tow truck driver arrived promptly, took my car to them, and I checked in the next day. Since my car is somewhat old, the parts that were needed took a while longer than usual to get. They also found other problems other than the fact that it would not start - a leak in the fuel line. (or something to that effect)
They were backed up already when I had it towed there, and didn't know I was having it towed there in the first place, so the repairs DID take a long time, but I cannot blame them for that - just wanted to rate the time it took honestly.
Really, I am not sure what exactly they did to fix my car, but all I know is that when I came to pick it up, the transaction went smoothly, and when I started my car it was running better than it ever had since I bought it - and the car is 20 years old. I couldn't speak higher of them as far as professionalism, communication, service, and general respect and courtesy. Would certainly recommend to anyone in this area that needs serious engine work done. Haven't had any problems with the engine since.
