Description of Work: I am very new to the area and have just purchased a stucco house in Sun City. It was suggested to me by at least 4 people including the real estate agent that I contact Scott Griswold of Advanced Mold Technologies to check my stucco. They all agreed that Scott was one of the most qualified to deal with the issue. Scott checked my stucco for areas of moisture. He was extremely knowledgable about the issues with stucco and moisture. He explained exactly what he would be doing and the instruments that he would be using to determine if there were any areas of concern. He will be emailing me a report. I felt very secure that I had the right person to complete this project.
