Service man did not mount strapping, but said that he had completed all work. He left, and I checked his work. It had not been completed, and I called the company less than 5 minutes after service man had left. I was told "to go to someone else", and "call back in two weeks". Lousy customer service and incomplete work provided.

They were always very good about if something needed done, they would do it. They would never over sell me either.
