Have had a  leak in our dining room in different areas - off and on over the past 4 years. Two other local roofers had supposedly repaired it , but it started leaking again and became much worse over the past year. We were afraid the ceiling was going to fall in. We contacted two other roofing companies that gave us an estimate to tear off the old shingles, apply an ice and water shield, and reroof without even getting on the roof! Randy from Stone's came promptly after my call. Not only did he inspect the roof, but he asked to get in the attic crawl space to see if he could find where the water was getting in!  After the job was started, they found the cause of the entire problem! Randy called me at work to let me know the details and that more of the roof had to be replaced as a result of the problem.  The additional charges were very reasonable. The roof looks fantastic! Interestingly enough, it started raining 2 days after the work was completed and has rained almost everyday since. NO LEAKING! Stone's did a great job and I will use them again! Highly recommend!
