About us

We are a residential property management company dealing mostly with mobile home rentals and mobile home rehabs. Our properties span over 5 counties in South Carolina so our need for vendors/ contractors of all sorts is vast. Our company has been in business for over 30 years starting out as a real estate sales business then moved to a residential rental business. Our focus is to purchase a home, place this home on a lot of land that we own and rehab this home to be rehab'd or turned for a rental. We are looking for vendors that are trustworthy and that have experience in various maintenance tasks.
