Jack is a wonderful person, who would ordinarily come one time to do these measurements, but had to come four times, at the request of some of the other teams who were working to help resolve my mold, humidity, and air leakage issues. As his findings identified an undesirable reading, one of the other companies would ask him to re-measure after they fixed a specific problem...hence, another trip.
He did not charge me extra for the additional trips. SCEand G will refund $200 of the fee, as we get the problems fixed. Ultimately, my home will be more energy efficient, for having used Retrotite to identify issues and allowing the other companies to follow up and fix things.

Fantastic! These guys are great! They are prompt, polite, and honest! They came when they said they would, charged what they said they would, were flexible, and even went above and beyond the call of duty and check/ weather proofed other areas of our home. We found them here on Angies list, and would highly recommend them to everyone! We will most definitely be using them again!

I am so impressed with Retrotite, these guys are really great (John, Jim and Jack). They arrived on time and did a through home analysis and found that I needed additional insulation in my attic and that the house needed sealing around pipes, lights, etc. I was happy that they said my crawlspace insulation was fine and my ducts were sealed correctly, so I felt as though they weren’t trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. They gave me a quote and then did an excellent job. Not only that, they did several things that were not in their quote, but did not charge me for, including insulating additional pipes, fixing falling insulation in crawlspace, fixing a leaky area in my French doors, and replacing my outdated smoke alarm (and they didn’t even charge me for the alarm!). And I can’t believe how much more comfortable my house is – I can keep my temperature low and still be nice and toasty, which I never felt before!
