Not only did his workers work, but the owner of the company Frank was on the roof also!  Each one of his men knew exactly what his job was and they worked in unison!   and all of his team worked at the same time, each doing his part, so that the job got done in 2 days!  and I have big roof!  they also were very careful not to tear anything up, they put tarps down all over the yard and moved all of my stuff away from the house, they even blew off my patio to clear off the little roofing beads!  I can even supply before and after pictures!  I'm so happy with the roof!

Frank was very punctual and professional. Not the lowest price, but worth the difference. Excellent workmanship and follow up.

I know from experience,( previous repair work), that he will return your calls and come back promptly.

Mr. Payne is a perfectionist! He oversaw every detail of my project. He began with an appointment to give me an estimate and discuss the types of shingles I might want to use. He thoroughly explained the warranties on the different materials available. He was on time for every appointment, from start to finish. The project included removing the old shingles, replacing the underlining (?), and putting the new shingles on. He watched the weather forecast, so he didn't have to worry about removing more shingles than could be replaced before the next possible storm. That was less stressful for me. I selected a color of shingle that was not available in the local stores, so Mr. Payne ordered them for me. When the delivery truck came, the driver pulled over a section of lawn, leaving trenches in the soft sod. Mr. Payne insisted on bringing fill dirt to repair the minor damage. The crew cleaned carefully around the house as they worked. When the job was finished, there wasn't a single scrap of roofing material anywhere around the house, not even in the shrubbery. The work and cleanup was immaculate. The final cost of the project matched the estimate I was given. The appearance of the roof is excellent, and I could not be happier with either the process of reroof ing or the results. If this program allowed for a grade of A+ I would happily give it to Mr. Payne and to the Professional Roofing Company. I recommend this company as highly and strongly as possible, and I admit that I am hard to please.
