They never come when they say they will, I've experienced this so many times I just couldn't work with them. Their price is good and the people that do come do good work but they are terribly unreliable and extremely unprofessional and don't care about customer service at all. I would never suggest you call them.

They were courteous hard workers and did a great job. Eric took care to make sure plants were set exactly as i wanted and set high enough not to drown in the wet soil of rivertowne. He also gave me clear instructions on how to care for them to get them established. They even cleaned up some work that my previous lawn care company did poorly. I would recommend this team!

Lori and her crew were wonderful.  They worked hard and helped out immensely with the design. The project was given a hard deadline due to an important social event given at my home. The problem started when the crew was given many, poor, small, unhealthy plants to install for my yard even though  I was charged for much larger and healthier plants.  It took many phone calls to arrange for them to start to correct the problem.  In the meantime, the deadline passed, and my landscaping was incomplete and was lacking the major focal point plant in the design while my event took place.  Still, after the event, it took many phone calls and visits by the landscapers to try to correct the problem.  It was months later that the job was finally completed and still not to my complete satisfaction.  Again, to no fault of the crew, only the management of the company.
    Once the job was completed, I contacted the company and explained that my balance would be paid over a reasonable period of time due to their negligence, unprofessionalism, and extreme length of time to complete the job. Even though they accepted my terms of payment,  without notification, the company dropped me from the normal lawn maintenance program.  
   After being a customer for at least five years,  I was treated unprofessionally and rudely.  I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone else. 
    

First, it was obviously a busy time of year for the company...BUT I had to call numerous times to get them to come to our house.  Then the estimator failed to show for the first appointment.  After we got though that things went reasonably well.  They did an acceptable job and charged a fair fee. We will probably use them again unless they chose not to accept the work.

The quality of the work was good. They finished in a very timely manner and they followed up with me pretty well on the work that they did. They had good communication.

Good . There is more work do over the next few months .

We like the person we have been working with. When we are done we hope we will feel that we got a got a good result for a fair price..

We have a yearly contact with them. I'll continue to use their services.

Provider can on time and was finished with a 4000 sq ft lawn in 15 minutes.
Could pay closer attention to details.

I was very satisfied with their service. They even did a little extra more than I could have expected for no additional charge. The price was very fair. I have used them for about nine years.

From start to finish I was pleased with job done which included clean-up of branches, leaves, etc.

Bought the shrubs at Hidden Ponds and left them there with Lawn Rangers. Lawn Rangers scheduled a time over the phone during the next week (rain delayed the install a little), then they delivered the shrubs, removed my old "weeds", ammended the soil to the proper pH and installed the Ligustrum. Evenly spaced in my front bed. Plants are growing well. Got a bill in the mail for the install.

We have been with them forever. We don’t even see them come. They come, do the lawn and leave. They are due to start on April 1st. They will send a new contract before April 1st and we usually used to get a monthly bill for two cuts at a time. They are faithful. They are there every Thursday unless it is raining. They have many people and they work quickly. They are in and out. They take the debris with them. If I want them to trim the palm trees, then all I have to do is call them. They will do that extra work and will bill me a little extra for it. So, I have no problems with them. They have been the same for years. They are prompt and are here every Thursday morning. It is hard to get a hold of them in the office sometimes. I would probably continue to use them in the future too.

We have been customers of Lawn Rangers for years. Unfortunately, it is under new ownership and the service has become both more costly and haphazard. We asked that the weeds at the top of our home be poisoned as well as totally removed. They were not poisoned and were partially dangling from the home. When the estimate was given I was told the poisoning would take place and that someone would come into our home to check if the origin of the weed was in our attic. We were not called to make sure we would be home and no one bothered to leave a message on our answering machine to let us know what day or what time we could expect them. My advice to anyone considering using Lawn Rangers is to have the service specifically written down next to the estimate and to make sure they call before they arrive so you can be assured that work is done to your satisfaction. If you have any issues with work done they are NOT willing to assume any responsibility for shirking their end of the agreement. Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority with this company!

The experience has been fine. They do a good job. They show up on time, and they are professional.

They are very reliable.
