Absolute Trees

They are so good. Their prices are reasonable.

The owner was on-site doing much of the work and all the workers were courteous and professional. They were very quick in getting the tree down and without any problems even though this tree was next to the neighboring fence. I gave an A on quality although there was 1 thing that I would like done better. After grinding the stump of the trees, they made no effort to move or rake up the mulch, even though they cleaned everything up around it. Other than that, they made much effort to make it as if they hadn't even been there. The pricing was steep, but I think all pricing for rated companies will be. I gave the pricing a C because it is more than I would've liked to have paid to have this done. I could've gotten some small, local, not-so-well-known company to do it for less, but I would then be taking a gamble on the job being done right. My neighbor and I wanted to go in together to have my trees and theirs cut down hoping for a discount (as usually the more work you have done, the less the pay per tree), but it didn't seem like there was any discount given or at least it wasn't mentioned that there was. All in all, I would definitely allow them to bid on work in the future, but I would not necessarily go with them. I would recommend them to others though.

Troy was very prompt in coming to give us an estimate. We scheduled with him but when I came to the scheduled day no one showed up I tried the listed phone number over 10 times and no one answered I left multiple messages with no return. I finally just texted the number and got a response. Only to find out Troy was out of the country and had left someone else in charge but never gave anyone the contact information before hand. I contacted the person left in charge who had no idea I had an appointment and at 230pm he told me that they were done for the day I texted Troy again and confirmed that I was scheduled and he said yes! I told him his guy said they were done for the day. I requested a discount or for them to get it done within the next few days as this was their fault. They declined to give me any discount and could not accommodate till the following week! When the crew arrived they did not trim the trees as much as I had discussed with Troy so I had to have them do it again. I paid over 1000 Dollars for 7 trees to be trimmed which I was told was a good price. I have since found that is overpriced and the poor customer service I recieved means I truly overpaid. I was greatly disappointed in their attention to detail and lack of organization in the management group. Never again will I use this company.

did a nice job!  took down our tree without disturbing other nearby landscape and removed more dead limbs on the other 2 trees than I originally had noticed.  professional, courteous, and cleaned up the area nicely!

Troy came out to my house an hour after calling him.  Two days later we offered him the job. That was friday afternoon. They came to do the work Tuesaday right on time. The got to work and were diligent. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and it looks great.

The house and the garage were to close for anyone else to attempt, they decided to take that on. They were absolutely awesome. One guy climbed that tree like a monkey and had it down in two and a half hours. I am not talking about a little tree. The tree was probably 70 inches in diameter and probably a 70 to 80 year old oak tree. They cleaned up my yard and it was like they were never here. I would definitely use them again.

The bid was $600 less than 2 others and they cut one extra tree for free.  Stump removal was also done. They showed up on time, did the job in one day, and got rid of all debris.

It is a locally-owned company so I am dealing directly with the owner who is on-site doing the work. So far they are doing a great job and the quality seems pretty good.

Overall an exceptional experience.
Windstorm at night broke a tall pine tree off about 25' from the top.  Section of tree fell on deck.  Contractor came next day (one of two called for an estimate.  This contractor was low by about $75 plus he was local.  Crew arrived, cut up fallen section of tree and removed it (chipped it up) and then removed free-standing "stump" about 30' high.  Scaled stump and removed it in 10' sections, chipped them up and removed residue.  Good cleanup.
Will always consider this contractor for similar work.

We had the top of a tall pine tree snap off during a brief windstorm. 
The 20' section fell on our deck, barely missing the main house where it
would have caused severe damage.  We called Absolute Trees because they
were the nearest tree service and because the Angie's List rating was
"A".  Too bad there isn't an "A+++" rating as I would give Troy and his
crew that rating.  Troy came and gave us an estimate and, when we
accepted it, he gave us a commitment to do the work the next day
(Saturday).  He and his crew arrived on time, properly equipped and
proceeded to remove the fallen tree top and remove the 50' stub of the
tree from which it came.  He moved all pieces to a wood chipper where he
processed them and carted them away.  He made some minor repairs to our
deck where the tree segment had broken some portions of the railing. 
He was courteous and professional and left the job spic and span.  I
strongly recommend Absolute Trees for any such work which you may have.

After purchasing a house with an overgrown backyard, I contacted
Absolute Trees to get help in removing some of the overgrown tree limbs
and branches and cleaning out the backyard to receive more sunshine. I
contacted Troy by phone and he came out to see the yard promptly.
We wanted to clean up the back yard but not cut too much so the back yard wasn't private from the neighbors.
We walked around the yard to choose what to cut and how much to cut to
still maintain some privacy. Troy even walked around the yard again
after my husband arrived later.
Troy and crew came the next day and made the back yard look 100 percent better.
Troy even said that if we decided to trim out a few more tree branches high
up to allow more sunshine, his crew would return in the spring, once the
leaves returned to the trees, at no charge, for an additional trim.

The gentleman that takes care of my palm trees referred me to Absolute Trees regarding the removal of a very tall large pine tree in my front yard that got scored by lightning.   He called them for me to get a price quote and see when they could do the job.  Absolute Trees came within 48 hours with 4 men, a chipper and a trailer.  They cut the tree down, sliced the trunk into smaller pieces, put the smaller branches in the chipper and raked the entire area to the point where you wouldn't even know they were there.  Their price was very reasonable and they were very responsive considering there was a possible hurricane looming in the Caribbean.  I highly recommendAbsolute Trees.  They were professional, courteous, punctual and very fairly priced.  Thank you Troy and your team!
