Vereen's Plumbing

Donny Vereen installed the plumbing in our new home, which was completed in March 2016. Since most plumbing is hidden behind walls, I cannot comment on that. However, I can describe four issues we’ve encountered. The first was a leak caused by a cold solder joint, which caused moderate damage. Mr. Vereen did respond quickly to repair the solder joint. The second was a problem with a bathroom faucet. I called Mr. Vereen, who was extremely polite and apologetic, and said he would call back to schedule an appointment. After several days he did not call back, so I called him again. He apologized, said he had lost our phone number, and assured me he would take care of the problem. A week passed, and it became obvious he had no intention of addressing this problem, which was covered by a warranty. I’m extremely disappointed, because Mr. Vereen, whom I had come to respect as a gentleman, obviously lied to me. The other issues are that Mr. Vereen did not install a shutoff for the outdoor shower, and that 8 of 11 escutcheons are already rusted. We cannot recommend Vereen’s Plumbing.
