Wayne's Overhead Doors was great to work with. They were able to help us find a beautiful garage door in our budget. The installation was worry free with great results. Our garage door works perfectly and looks wonderful. 

Provider said he would call us on the friday after 8am to let us know when he would arrive. He called at 8:10 and said he would be at our house by noon. Called about 11:45 and said he was running a little late and would be here in 15 minutes. Provider arrived promptly, replaced two springs and a roller, adjusted the cables tension, and oiled all moving parts. He was very polite and professional, did a great job, and now the door works like new.

Provider called by 8:30 and said he would be at my home between 10 and 10:30, he was here at 10:15. He saw what our garage door was doing.  He lubricated our garage door really well,checked over it really well, made some minor adjustments -fixed what was wrong, and our door now works better than it did before!

Excellent experience. They arrived on time for the estimate, gave me a fair quote, and installed the doors when they said they would. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Got a quote and purchased door the same day.
Was informed that delivery would be in 10 days and received a call 8 days later to schedule the installation.
Installers arrived in the scheculed tim and had the old door down and the new door completly installed in two hours including hooking up the opened, installing the trim pieces and testing the new door.
Door fits like a glove and works great, a 100% improvement over old door.
Installers were well trained and very professional.
Door is of first quality and the price was very competive with other quotes I obtained.

They were very good and they were very reasonable. They were a lot more reasonable than another company from the listing. They were prompt and they came out when they said they would. They came out within a day. He did have to order a part and come back the next day, but they didn't charge me for coming back and they are far away from my house. It was very good.

My experience with the company was excellent. I spoke with a sales representative (I think his name was Tony Clinkscales) and he lead me through the different options for replacing the 20 year old garage doors. He emailed me some information so that I could look at different options. One of my garage doors was disabled and he sent out a service technician to measure everything and remove the one door while we were waiting on the doors. The garage doors came within a few days of ordering and were put in the next day. The service technician that came out to replace the doors did an excellent job and was fastidious about cleanup. It could not have gone more smoothly. I didn't have any problems but I am quite certain if I did, they would work with me until I was completely satisfied. I recommend them without reservation. I had been considering replacing the garage doors before they finally quit working because they were giving me trouble. Earlier, I had another company come out and give me an estimate. The estimate was higher than Wayne's Overhead Doors and they were poorer quality doors. The doors I chose are well-insulated and have a lot of windows. There were some garage doors at Wayne's Overhead Doors that I could have ordered that were quite a bit less but I wanted the nicer ones with windows and insulation. So don't let my dollar amount worry you. They are very competitively-priced and can find one to suit your budget.

I called Wayne's around 8:30 am to report the broken spring coil. They opened a ticket and said someone would call me with an appointment time. Brian called back about 30 minutes later with an appointment time of 2:00 pm. He was on time, friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely use Wayne's Overhead Doors again for any garage door project or problem!!
