Tim is one of the most capable and reliable businessmen we have met in South Carolina. He is meticulous in his work habits, a pleasure to have on our property and very courteous and professional. In addition to doing a great job at a fair price, he cleans up thoroughly. He has done work for us in the past few years and is consistently outstanding. Although I only have one vote, I am going to recommend to the other home owners that Tim be retained to do all work within our subdivision on an annual basis.
