Asked for free advertised estimate, Then get back to me on cost. They came to house, never gave estimate to me or wife, I was at work, did work without our permission. small job about 5 minutes worth and about 2 dollars parts, charged me 210 dollars. local manager would not work with us. had to call national office in Cincinnati, Ohio to get any refund at all. Still had to pay 155 dollars for a 60 dollar job. On veterans day and we both are 20 year retired veterans. All they were interested in was my money and zero customer service.
