I cannot say enough about how reliable and dependable this company is. I hired them to clean out my motherâ s estate. This was a very emotional task, but they treated me in a very respectful manner, not just like another payday. The estimate was all inclusive, and very reasonable. Other estimates had additional add-ons and caveats that could have significantly increased the price during the job. This was an extensive, multi day job, and there was constant communication. I live in another city, so they were daily pictures and updates that I greatly appreciated. After the job was done, my mothers house was completely bare. Considering every room was full of stuff, this was quite the feat. They had even taken away things that I did not realize were there, but always asked me, if they ran across something unexpected, before it was removed. In summary, a very trustworthy, hard-working, and reliable company. I recommend without reservation.

This company was prompt to answer my need for junk removal. They were courteous and did a good job. My only complaint is that I felt that they were somewhat expensive.

Ramsey came out and picked up some of the metal scrap. However, they did not call me back about coming out for the rest of it. When I called them, I was told they would charge $400 for each load they picked up. Since this money was coming out of my pocket, I told them to come for one more load which I had already committed to, but not to come back afterward. Eventually, I had my contractor dispose of the rest of the scrap metal. I was disappointed in the experience.
